The Music & Worship Arts Collective…

is one of the 5 components of the AJ Collier brand. The MWA Collective is a mobile training institute for praise & worship leaders, ministers of music, choir directors, music ministry participants, music ministry administrators, musicians, and anything involving music ministry for churches, community organizations, and Para ministries alike.

All throughout the scriptures, there are times where the skilled musicians and singers were called upon to create an atmosphere for God to dwell and inhabit. In 1 Samuel 16:7, Saul calls for a skilled musician to come and play until his deliverance and healing came. They called David and David set the atmosphere for healing and deliverance to take place. It is the word of God that ultimately brings Healing and Deliverance to the people of God but we must be honest and say that good music helps to create conducive atmospheres for the Holy Spirit to move and so the seed of the Word can be planted.

Psalms 33:3 calls for the Skillful musicians to play and the skillful singers to sing. There is nothing wrong with making a joyful noise unto the Lord but when you are leading others in worship, there should be some level of skill, dedication, and preparation set aside for this ministry. The MWA Collective specializes in providing training for voices, musicians, worshippers, and administrative gifts so that Music Ministry can be anointed, scripturally based and most effective to its maximum capability.

Pastor AJ Collier is an ordained Pastor, serving on the Pastoral Staff at Glory House for All Nations Assembly under the tutelage of Apostle Alex T. & Pastor Nakeira White, Sr. There he serves on the Pastoral Team, Overseeing the Music & Worship Arts Department, and also as the Pastor of Culture & Engagement. He’s also the Global Worship Pastor for the Reformation/Organization- Glory House for All Nation Assemblies also under the leadership of Presiding Apostle Alex T. White, Sr. For the past 12 years, he has served as the Music Director for the Faith Fellowship of Churches & Ministries under the leadership of Bishop Anthony C. Hanna, Sr. Prior to joining with Glory House, he served as Worship Pastor at Kingdom Culture Church where Pastor Brian Pittman, Sr. is the Lead Pastor. He was also the Minister of Music at Providence Baptist Church in Chester, Pa under the leadership of his late godfather, Reverend Joel B. McGee.

In addition to that, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Delaware Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop of America, where he also serves as the Minister of Music for the Chapter. He has been a Youth and Young Adult Staff Member for the National, GMWA Organization for some time as well. He has been the Founder and Lead Director of AJ Collier & the Band of Believers since its inception having released 5 projects and working on a 6th. It’s safe to say that Music Ministry is a gift and expertise that the Lord has anointed Pastor AJ with from his early days.

 In the spring, He will have received a Bachelor of Worship Arts from the Accredited University, Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA). He has already received several certificates, awards, and documentations that credit his knowledge and expertise in the Music Ministry field.

  • 2 Day Intensives

  • 3 Day Conferences

  • 1 Class Training within a Conference

  • Hosting MWA Conferences at your church/organization

  • Providing concerts/productions from your music ministry as a result of the workshop

Pastor AJ is based and located in the Philadelphia Tri-State Area (Southeastern PA, Northern Delaware, Central/South Jersey.) Anything over an hour would need an added travel expense in addition to the honorarium provided for the services. Anything over two hours would require added travel expenses (flight, train, etc.) and possible lodging expenses in addition to the honorarium provided for the services.

The honorarium is based on the workload and can be negotiated so that it is feasible for the ministry hosts as well as the ministry presenters.
